Here is the new @toofaced "Born This Way" Liquid Foundation. As usual, none of these pics have a filter, and I took them all with my iPhone in natural light from my window. As you can see, it definitely has a more liquid consistency. If I put my Hand sideways with it on, it took about 5 seconds to start sliding down my hand. The container has an easy to dispense pump top. I applied this foundation with my beauty blender. I have the shade , "Vanilla" and I would say it is an absolute perfect match for me as I did not have to apply any foundation to my neck. I believe the website is accurate with its claim that this is a medium-full coverage, and that its buildable. I did have to build this more in certain spots than I do with my tarte Amazonian clay foundation as this does not offer the immediate full coverage that tarte does. The finish is dewy and luminous. I actually could not stop looking at it. It feels weightless on, and just looks like skin. Youthful, vibrant, luminous skin! The wear time so far is approaching 11 hrs, and it has only degraded slightly. So I think you can definitely get a full work day out of this. Now the negatives... It seems that this will get used up very fast. I needed a few pumps to get the coverage I wanted on my whole face. Also, if you want your skin to look completely matte, this is definitely not the foundation for you. It really imparts a dewy glow. But I have to say, I really like that about this. In fact, I definitely agree that the finish of this foundation is truly unique. I will definitely repurchase this foundation, but I probably will not use it daily. The cost is $39.00.
